This Privacy Policy regulates the terms and conditions under which TIME MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES S.L. (hereinafter, "TMT") carries out the processing of personal data it collects through the website www.timp.pro (hereinafter, the "Website"). Through its Privacy Policy, TMT seeks to clearly describe how personal data is collected, processed and stored.

TMT obtains personal data through various sources, by being a visitor to the Website, by being a customer or user of TMT services (the "TIMP User" or the "Center") or, in its capacity as data processor, if you are a customer of any of our TIMP Users.

If you are a client of a Center, the applicable privacy policy and the terms of how the Center shares your personal data with TMT are governed by the agreement you enter into with the Center. In the event that you as a customer of the Center have any questions about how such data is provided to TMT, you should contact the Center.

It is important that you consult this Privacy Policy before providing your personal data. Changes to the Privacy Policy shall be communicated in a timely manner.

1. Who is the Data controller?

The data controller is TIME MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES SL, a Spanish entity with registered office in Valencia 46015, Avenida de Manuel de Falla 12, escalera A local Y, with Tax ID B- 98684186 and registered at the Commercial Registry of Valencia on November 20, 2.014, in Volume 9874 Page 44. As the data controller, TMT shall observe the duties arising from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing and the free movement of such data and from Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the protection of personal data and the guarantee of digital rights.

2. For what purpose are personal data processed?

TMT shall process all necessary and essential data for the fulfilment of the purposes described below:

  1. To provide the requested services.

  2. In the event that you request information about the services provided by TMT, help in using TIMP or the resolution of doubts, through the "Chat function".

  3. In the event that a free trial or demonstration is requested.

  4. Sending of commercial notifications regarding TMT's commercial offers, promotions, products or services, as well as activities or content that TMT believes may be of interest to you.

TMT shall not process the data for any use other than those set out in this Privacy Policy.

Please note that the fields marked with an asterisk on the various collection forms are mandatory. In the event that you do not provide them, TMT may, at its discretion, not process your request. When completing the form, the Client guarantees the authenticity, accuracy and truthfulness of all the information provided, committing themselves to keep their personal data updated. The Client shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and for any resulting damages to TMT.

3. What is the legal basis for personal data processing?

  1. The processing of personal data necessary to formalise the provision of services by TMT has as its legal basis the execution of the contractual relationship between TMT and the Client.

  2. In the event that personal data is provided so that TMT can provide help, support or additional information, the personal data processing shall be legitimised by the consent you give when requesting such information through the "Chat function"

  3. Similarly, in the case of requesting a free trial or demonstration, the processing of personal data shall be legitimised by the consent you give when you fill in the form and send your request.

  4. Finally, the legitimate reasons for sending commercial notifications as well as for the execution of personalised commercial actions shall be the consent given to this effect in the relevant forms and/or by accepting the TMT Cookies Policy.

4. Who receives this personal data?

TIME MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGIES S.L., through its web and mobile application, does not communicate your personal data, unless this is essential for the fulfilment of the purpose of the treatment.

We shall not disclose personal data to third parties without your consent, except where permitted by applicable law. However, TMT makes use of certain providers (such as cloud service providers, payment management, among others) with whom we have concluded the corresponding contracts and included the relevant guarantees in accordance with the personal data protection legislation in force for the processing of your personal data to be safe and in accordance with the principles set out in the legislation.

5. How long will we keep personal data for?

We only keep your personal data for as long as is necessary to carry out the purposes for which they are processed.

If you have agreed to the sending of commercial information, TMT shall keep the personal data until the consent given is revoked. Once the relationship between the Client and TMT has been terminated, the personal data shall be kept duly blocked for as long as it is necessary to comply with the legal or regulatory obligations to which TMT may be subject, as well as to meet any liabilities arising from the provision of the service.

6. What rights does the data subject have?

The data subject may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of treatment and portability by sending a request to contacto@timp.pro or by post to the company's registered office, attaching a copy of the National Identity Card or equivalent documentation, which serves as proof of the applicant's identity to TMT.

We inform you that the data subjects have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency through the website www.aepd.es

7. TMT as data processor

TMT accesses personal data of TIMP Users' customers, in its capacity as data processor, for the purpose of fulfilling the purpose of the contractual agreements entered into between TMT and TIMP Users, for example, to authenticate TIMP Users' customers in the transactions they carry out through the TIMP User's account (such as reservations, cancellations, among others). The processing of this personal data is carried out in accordance with the data processor contract that TMT and the TIMP User enter into at the time of initiating their contractual relationship. Any doubt that the TIMP User's client may have regarding the privacy policy applicable to the processing of their data should be sent directly to the TIMP User.
